Notes bug?

Dear all,
When creating a local note with the notes (aka reminders) app, after saving (pressing 'close') it first shows up in the list of notes, but then it disappears after closing and re-opening the app.
Probably this is linked with the file being directly created inside ".local/share/com.ubuntu.reminders/@invalid ", instead of in ".local/share/com.ubuntu.reminders/@local " where they used to be created under OTA-15.
Anyone else with this issue? Where can I file bugs (I suppose https://launchpad.net/reminders-app is not any longer the place to go to)?
