ubuntu phone as webcam for Ubuntu PC ?

I have an Ubuntu laptop without camera and an Ubuntu phone. I wonder if I can somehow use my phone as a webcam, like you can with DroidCam and Android phones ? -

Most android based ports use a firmware blob to access the camera. It's not a standard V4L so it would be hard to use it for your computer.
On the other hand, maybe it can work with the PinePhone. I cannot remember if it uses V4L or not...
And maybe there is also hope with the VollaPhone.
