Popup Keyboard colors

Where can I change popup keyboard colors? The "system wide" color scheme "SuruDark" is set, but the popup keyboard is still in white. And I wonder to know how to make the start password keyboard dark, possible when the phablet user is not yet logged in?

@keneda Thank you! Great! Somehow I missed this configuration menu item. And... it would be nice to make the field for entering the start password black, so never mind...
