Call failed redmi note 7

Redmi note 7 had calls failed a few times any one had simlar .had the signal triangle full but failed turned on and off ,then called ok seem to be hit and miss?

@whitemagik For me it happened only one time (I have a RN7 since 6 weeks). I had the normal signal logo, but was unable to place a call or sms ("No Sim card inserted).
I did reboot the device and all was fine again. -
@stanwood cheers for reply seems to be ok while at home at minute will see how it goes ....im really liking unbuntu touch
