on Mobian it is easy with SCP on the terminal, UBports donts allow it

I imagine you're on pinephone?MTP is still not working as far as i know on Pinephone (common way to copy files from PC to device or device to PC on other uTouch devices).
So maybe you can try with WifiTransfert from the openstore, use it with FTP software like FileZilla on your PC, using wifi like the app name obviously tells.
It will copy files to wifitransfert folder
.local/share/wifitransfer.costathen you'll have to copy them to the music folder, by cp command from terminal or with file manager app. -

You can also try samba access, but it's easier (for me) with wifitransfert and it works both ways (samba doesn't for me).https://forums.ubports.com/topic/4084/file-explorer-pc-files-samba-acces?_=1619757708851

SCP should also work, but you need to configure SSH first.
