I just downloaded UT onto my Pinephone.

When I press the lock screen button, the phone locks like it should. But when I press the lock screen button again, the phone just lights up slightly but the screen doesn't turn on.

Can anyone help me out? It's unusable at this stage

@jt112 That seems to be an known issue in the stable channel. I'm never on stable channel on my Pinephone so not sure when that started happening. I would suggest switching to devel or kernelupgrade. The latter have many fixes and improvements but it can also have regressions and own issues. I think on the Pinephone you can't say stable channel is stable anyway so kernelupgrade may be the best channel for now, at least the remaining issues are fixed and deployed to the stable channel.

@kugiigi I can't upgrade to the Kernel Update channel because the partition doesn't expand during boot...

@reallyfesucks you can expand it with gparted on your pc.

If it's flashed to the emmc you can connect it to the pc through jumpdrive on an sd card via usb.

@equareo I managed to find a kernelupgrade build which expanded in the emmc storage, thanks.
