OTA-18 needs notch patch to be updated

Hi,
Until OTA-17, the top bar menu hided by the notch could be corrected by applying the following patch:
However, since OTA-18, on Redmi Note 7 (Lavender) the text is overwritten on the line when swiping down from the top.
Hopefully, a new updated patch fixes the issue, you will find here the handling to do:

@stanwood https://github.com/JamiKettunen/vollanotchfix worked on the Volla with OTA-18 but i moved to the last RC and it doesn't work currently for me.
