App for bug reports?

I might have missed it. Is there an app for 'automatically' populating gitlab/github bug reporting?
For me at least, I would be more inclined report bugs if it were easier.
It would help you guys too because you could get the app to send logs etc that are necessary for examining the problem. -
There is some talk about such an app in a different topic so we might get one somewhere in 2022
