Benefiting from Facebook fundraisers on people's birthdays

On my previous birthday, Facebook suggested that I create a donation drive to support a worthy cause close to my heart.
I wanted to choose UBports, but the foundation was not listed as an approved recipient.
Is it possible to be listed as such in the future?
Facebook does not publish much information about the requirements to become a donation recipient, except that you must be a non-profit organization, which is the case with UBports.
