New Website Issue Reporting.

We hope you are all enjoying the new UBports website. Since the new website was released we have however become aware of a few issues and minor errors such as links not working correctly and the odd page 404ing. To clear these glitches as soon as possible we would like your help. If you find any errors or problems please report them in this thread.

If you could add the page link and a brief description these will then be passed on, checked and fixed. Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.

The start page https://ubports.com features three "Join" buttons very prominently. They lead to this form: https://ubports.com/join-us
I think that form/those links are not particularly useful.

It suggests to people that filling out a form is a crucial step in becoming part of this community. This is not true! Some people do have this misunderstanding. We should correct it, not reinforce it. Actually I am even doubtful what if anything happens after this form at all. But I am certain that it is not crucial to do for any meaningful definition of 'joining'.

Meaningful ways of 'joining' would be

mingling/talking with the community, ie forum or telegram links
installing UT on a device. We do have those links, but I'm submitting that there is a lot more 'join' in installation than in filling out that form
contribute. in any of the various ways like translating, testing/bugreporting, app development, system development, porting, ... eg link to https://docs.ubports.com/contribute

I could think of more ways of 'joining' like applying for foundation membership, donating...

The link to that form could be somewhere at the bottom of page five in the footnotes. Not three ouf of eight most prominent navigation items on the start page

Seconded. It's not clear to me at all what the importance of the form is. I have never filled it out, for that reason.

typo: on the very left there is a link "Lomri" . it's missing an i, should be "Lomiri"
spelling: It should be "Halium" not "HALium"

Hi,
On the page https://ubports.com/de/join-us at the bottom to fill in; The fields are explained in Dutch, instead of German.

Edit:
The same on the French page https://ubports.com/fr/join-us, the fields are explained in Dutch instead of French or English.

@lxj Please use English on this site or provide a translation. Also this is the same issue you asked about elsewhere and nothing to do with the website, which this thread is for. Please do not ask the same thing in two places. There is no point me adding a translation is this is the wrong thread.

There is no more easy direct acces to this link for all devices supported like before : https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io/

Now only promoted devices has direct link on ubports main website.

I can acces, but not like before, i must select one of the promoted device "more info" link and then i can select any supported device, no direct link like before.

"Devices" from drop down menu there, leads now only to promoted ones, no more "all devices" link.

I have the same feeling. Last day when I wanted to look the devices pages, I had trouble to get acces.

Edit: It appears to be the mobile phone Morph version of the UBports.com website is that right. If I use Firefox to get to UBports.com the Devices has Promoted and All options. On my OP5 with Morph I get what you get the Devices with no options. It goes straight to Promoted Devices no All Devices Option

Ok that's normal as it is the link to all devices page ^^

In mean time i figured out that (on Morph, i can't test on Firefox like you know ^^) the link is no more in "devices" wich has no more submenu like before, it is now in "ubuntu touch" submenu wich is a little confusing :
