FP3+ and problem during charging the phone

Hello UT community, this is my first post here, having successfully installed UT and waydroid on my phone.I have long waited switching from FP2 to this new one, because I wanted to be sure that UT would be working for me for the daily use. I can confirm that, many thanks to the developers and porters from me here.Two small issues are there, maybe someone can give some advice as to them.
--Plugging in the fone charger will let the fone right away boot into fastboot mode.That is no real big issue but somewhat annoying.
--There is this irritating message on every booting, that the bootloader is unlocked and what can be caused by that. (FP1 and FP2 never showed that) Could there be some problem with the OS if I relock it?

@didi hi , i think this is due to Fp3 port still being under development. I use the phone since 3 months like that. Except for sone occasional shutdowns i`ve had no issues.

Yes there could be, don't try this.
Warning message is normal and is prompted on any android 9 (7 ?) devices and further.

Hi Homer,thank you for sharing your experience.My FP3 with UT is also generally working very well for me, so I will stick to the OS, it can even get better in future

I pushed a new installer config for the FP3, 4 days ago. It ships an updated boot-image, where offline charging should work (no reboot to fastboot).

Please just try to reinstall UT using the installer again, with bootstrap option and without "wipe userdata".
Then it should install the latest bootimage (and reinstall Ubuntu Touch). Your data will be kept.

If you are familiar with using fastboot, you also could just download the bootimage from here:
https://gitlab.com/ubports/community-ports/android10/fairphone/fairphone_fp3/-/jobs/2036462451/artifacts/raw/out/boot.img

and flash it to your current boot slot:
fastboot getvar current-slot
fastboot flash boot_a boot.img (or "boot_b", if current slot is slot b)
fastboot reboot

Yes this is what we call offline charging.
This requires a special code launched at boot when the phone was off to handle the charging while avoiding starting all the layers required by the OS.

I flashed the boot.img today via fastboot,everything worked fine.
Phone in no longer booting into fastboot when charged "offline"
