Problem when I receive 2 MMS together

Hi,
I have a problem with message with SMS and MMS.
I can't receive MMS when I receive 2 MMS together.
Can someone correct this problem by update ?

Je souhaiterais vous informer que j'ai un problème avec la messagerie SMS MMS du téléphone vollaphone sur ubport.
En effet je reçois les MMS un par un mais quand ils sont groupés (plusieurs à la fois) cela ne passe pas (je ne peux les télécharger)

Just tested today without issue.

Could it be a limitation of your provider ? Would be strange.

There is known issue with MMS group, but if you say that you can send a single picture to the same group and not several you should have error somewhere.
Could you provide the log of nuntium and the one from messaging-app ?

@lduboeuf i have try to use Logviewer i have install it but i can not copy text and past here.

I can not too with Logviewer i have an error with it ''rreur s'est produite lors de l'envoi vers le bac de co'' it was what it was write on my screen when i click on an icon on logviewer.

Are someone a better solution to report a bug or log?

Hi, try to use deepl translator to translate in english.

Salut, essaye d'utiliser le traducteur deepl pour traduire en anglais (ou en français depuis l'anglais si besoin aussi ^^).

First you need to click on the "pen" icon to switch logviewer in select mode :

Then the icon changed to two empty sheets and now you can select with finger.

Now you can use one of this tow icons to share the content selected :

The left one is to use a pastebin like service that will provide you a link to share here, and it'll also copy in clipboard.

The right one is to copy only in clipboard and then you can share it here using the code button in the post menu </> .

Use the tags like that :

To get this result (the best for long code share on the forum) :

If you want to copy all, select nothing with finger and just use one of the two icons.

If you are not afraid of command line, they all reside in ~/.cache/upstart
For the issue with the logviewer, have you tried with the more recent one "LogViewer (Fork)" ?
