All network connections are vanished

The phone is unable to detect any network, so i don't have wifi or mobile data and i can't even make a call or snd/receive SMS. The wifi network list is empty even when i'm near a working wifi connection and the mobile network parameter is vanished. I rebooted it multiple times without change.

Did you try to open device and clean all modules connectors with alcohool, the modem and antena ones in particular ? -
@keneda Yes, i did, and it didn't fixed anything.
Finally, an umpteenth reboot fixed it for the moment, maybe it will come bak in the next boot.

@stemy I don't own this smartphone but maybe you can use the installer to reflash the smartphone (without wipe data) in case of recurring problems.

I had this a couple of days ago on a Cosmo Communicator right after an upgrade (Version 875).
I replaced the .img file with an older version and the network and wifi returned, I've updated since (Version 885), and everything is still working.
I thought maybe it was just me and didn't get around to reporting it. -

if you are using the devel channel, please switch to stable, or just use the ubports installer to reflash the device with your prefererred channel.
