No, I cannot do such things. And please read this. People from the community are the people who usually make ports (a port is a specific version of Ubuntu Touch for a device); the person making the port needs to own the device. So if you want someone to make a port, they either need to have one or you need to give them one. Or you could learn how to do it yourself. It will probably take several months.
Basically: please do not ask people to make a port for your device. It's a lot to ask.
