Tablet crash?
-
Left my device on charge overnight and came back in the morning to be welcomed by the Lenovo screen.
Fabulous!
Long press power button and switched device off and then powered it back on. Stuck at Lenovo screen.
Powered off and booted to Fastboot (power button and volume down together). The writing to inform you you are in fastboot mode is tiny!
Plugged into PC and device detected. Ran ./Fastboot continue (Windows Powershell).
Device stayed on Lenovo screen.
Power off and power into fastboot and run ./Fastboot reboot recovery - it booted into UT?Power at 94%, no updates recently installed, no updates pending. Strange behaviour, unless the graphics driver crashed the desktop?

@Luksus
After updates, my tablet is always a reluctant to boot. This has also been reported by @Luksus.
It normally requires several attempts. I always have to launch fastboot mode and then play with power button and volume down. In the end, it always boots.
During this process, I have never connected it to my laptop, nor used any command line magic.
I just updated my tablet today and struggled as usual.
I remembered your post and thought you would be interested in my experience. -
@mrt10001 I am not sure what may have caused your device to reboot (or crash) initially... I have mine in the docking station and charging it for weeks sometimes, without a reboot.
fastboot reboot recovery
does not work on that device, I believe it did just a normalfastboot reboot
instead. And yes, once the device gets stuck at the Lenovo boot-screen, it can be hard to get it to boot into UT again.

@luksus Yes, it does seem reluctant to boot into UT, but once in it works really well for me. I hadn't rebooted it since the last update and try not to have USB power plugged in all the time. It has it's foibles, but UT runs well. Great port.
