@twinkybot Well from UBports side it is Jan and probably me (though need to confirm some company travel around the proposed times. The 17th of March for example is too late for me but nevermind :)). I suggest that we try to find min 5 people. Whats your max capacity?

I'm in Valais (Wallis) Switzerland and I'd be very interested in meeting UT peers and learning few tricks from you guys. It will depend on my work schedule before I can confirm but weekend is definately more suitable.

@flohack Well the capacity is "infinit" if we scatter a bit. But I'd say 15 is easy then we have to distribute to other rooms.

So we have now 1.5 contributors ๐Ÿ™‚ if @guru still wants to host some topic that is. Who else?

So now, the date is fixed

                    17. March 2018 - 18. March 2018

@UniSuperBox If you would be so kind to add this to the event page with the address:
                    Valtech GmbH
                    Friedenheimer Brรผcke 29
                    80636 Mรผnchen

                    S-Bahn station: Hirschgarten

Do not take the S7 from Hauptbahnhof. The only one which is not going to Hirschgarten.

Now where can we put the agenda? So that everyone can edit it or put forward their contribution?

Hey! I'd like to come and meet you all but I'm 600 kms away... Why are you all german? LOL. If it was closer to France, I would come but Mรปnchen is very far for me ๐Ÿ˜‰

@revoltevidente Then try to organize one at your location ๐Ÿ™‚

EDIT: BTW I am also sad not to be able to meet everyone. I thought about going to the FOSDEM but well....
Maybe at another event which suits many?

@twinkybot hey folks. I was going to add this to an event page but we don't have times. Can you give us some time parameters or ranges please? The event page requires it. Thanks! Also perhaps ping me on telegram wayneoutthere for faster speed ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hmm let's see. I am sitting in Munich and I could oragnize something but for this I really need someone who does know UT ๐Ÿ™‚
We could use my office, which has plenty space and I might even be able to organize dinner ๐Ÿ˜‰
Depends if we can announce this in e.g MeetUp.

Nice idea! I'd love to join as well.

I think part of this could be hacking sessions. Everybody brings whatever their pet projects are and we push them a little forward helping each other out.

                                My two pet projects are:

In the Munich workshop, what do we have as technical infrastructure? Big screens or beamer with HDMI? Some overhead projector to show the screen of the BQ E4.5 live? Anything else?

@guru yes we have two "big" meeting rooms with big TVs. One bigger room with a projector. An open area with an projector.
And plenty normal monitors if we put them back ๐Ÿ™‚
                                    Another projector in a cabinet.

I have to say also one area which is not open for the public.

And guest wifi. Good Coffee, various bewerages and a lunch.
Let's see if I can throw in a dinner as well

I was asking more for the interface HMDI because my Acer C720 netbook has only HMDI. And for some projector to capture the device BQ (...) with some kind of cam located on top over the BQ and beam it to the wall while one is manipulating some app to show some nice feature/stuff. Does your office has such stuff?

                                            Hi all,

I'm also interested in meeting, no matter what the subject. I'm very frequently in Brussels, and Lisbon, so any place that is near, or has good direct transportation is fine for me.

I want to leave the suggestion of instead of using GetTogether instead of the Meetup.
GetTogether is Free Software, made by Michael Hall (former Canonical employee, former Ubuntu Community Manager, current Community Manager at Endless, and all around nice guy). Besides being Free Software that we can run by ourselves, we can federate it, or just use GetTogether.community service.

I believe GetTogether is more aligned with this community goals, and we can benefit both projects.
