        hello everybody, accidentally somehow installing ubuntu touch or sailfish and volla os again or maybe with sp flash tool ...
        imei numbers arent set anymore.
        how can i recover or set them?

          Wow, i don't know how you did this, but never heard about UT install braking IMEI.

          Good chance that you broke with spflashtool.

          Maybe you should contact HalloWelt for support on that case, by the way, IMEI should be on a sticker on the phone box or alike if you find a way to recover it yourself.

          What does *#06# gives you on dialer app by the way (only command that work on UT, just tested).

            actually it must have been sp flash tool, guess didnt pay attention, didnt backup. 😞
            already checked every tweak, in fact the imei variable is completely empty. reading out all informations with adb nothing in there.
            cant find nvram rom ap db for mt6763
            maybe i give a try in telegram group...

              @voila Messing with the IMEI number is illegal in most countries to help prevent phone theft and cloning. I have had to recover it from a IMEI 0, the device had two stickers on the inside and out with the IMEI number, the SIM tray had it stamped on and the box had the same number. I did a lot of Google-fu and found a program to recover it and the device worked fine. It took a bit of doing, and the device had been flashed with multiple ROMs which probably helped cause the issue.

              I have too many devices...
