        Hi,

anbox-tools install hangs on waitForAnbox(), tried running it manually with sudo anbox container-manager --data-path=/home/phablet/anbox-data --privileged and it shows the following error:

[mount_entry.cpp:39@create] Failed to mount "/home/phablet/anbox-data/rootfs": No such device
[container_manager.cpp:170@setup_mounts] Failed to mount Android rootfs

while many users on this forum reported they run anbox with no issues, for me it somehow lacks squashfs:

        # losetup /dev/loop11 /home/phablet/anbox-data/android.img
        # mount /dev/loop11 /home/phablet/t
        mount: unknown filesystem type 'squashfs'

it seems anbox' containerManager expects to find squashfuse to fall back to fusermount, but the utility is not available on my system

any way I can run anbox on Volla X?

@ygrex I suggest you look at

Use Waydroid in preference to Anbox.

Having said that I haven't installed either. I tried Waydroid using Waydroid Helper from OpenStore but I somehow managed to almost brick my Volla Phone X and lost all my data getting it working again. I'm sure it was just me doing something stupid, but be careful.
