Volla phone 22 speaker not working

Hi friends,
I am using Volla Phone 22 and last few days my phone built-in speaker is not working for music player, video players, youtube videos etc. And also, when i put phone call in loud speaker the volume is very low.
Can any one support me to fix the issue.Thangs and regards

@arunkumar I have had similar issues with all the devices I have used so far. It looks like some websites really mess with the sound settings on UT devices. Sometimes I get no sound at all, sometimes the volume adjustment range is compressed at either end, either far too quiet or too loud. I usually find that a reset sorts things out.

@arunkumar Could you let us know which version of UT you are on 16.04 or 20.04 it might make a difference. Thanks

@Ian Hi, its working fine, i did restart my phone by removing the battery. But still i am facing sound issue in phone call loud speaker, I feel its low.
