Sudo only working half the time?

Anyone eles having this issue? Im still on xenial dont think focal is availble for me yet? ......sometime sudo works sometimes it dont .....i dont get it lol

@developerbayman Could you explain what you mean by sudo not working? Computers are determenistic, the same action, under the same circumstances, always has the same effect.

@arubislander i know that blows my mind ill sudo and when i put in my pass its says invalid but i know i didi it right

You probably mistyped it. I have that all the time, especially on the on-screen keyboard.
