Web App backup?

I've made tens of Web Apps with Web App generator. Can i copy them to pc and back again somehow?
I need to try and reinstall UB for my M10 to see if it fixes the issues i'm having, but would hate to remake all of those all over again.

@andromeda I think it's better a clean start if you're experiencing problems, but you can backup whatever you want from click packages only to the whole /home directory
You can use ssh or adb for that.
