My Nexus 5 D821 32Gb became 16Gb after flashing 15.04/stable

My first post here. I just registered today.
A big HELLO/THX to everyone !Today I flashed my device using this cmd :
sudo ubuntu-device-flash --server=http://system-image.ubports.com touch --device=hammerhead --channel=15.04/stable --bootstrapEverything went pretty smoothly although after all thing done when I checked storage capacity, it's showing me only 12.8Gb in userdata (mmcblk0p28 179:28 0 12,8G 0 part /userdata). The right amount of space available should read 26Gb, or so.
Can someone please tell me what I did wrong? ^^'
Many thanks in advance for your support.
Kindest regards,

@rd8d I think if you use the erase and reset option in system settings that should fix it. UT only takes up 4.9g on my Nexus. If I remember right ( and thats no guarantee ) sometimes too much data gets stored in the cache when flashing or something like that. Just remember to back up your stuff first before doing it!

@rd8d You have not wiped it. Use --wipe as well

Thx mates, I tried to make a eMMC reset & it stuck during startup, this device is getting on a slippery slope... I'll probably indulge myself w/ a Meizu Pro 5 as the android container project looks very promising... Thanks a load for all the support though !
