I am at my wits end with conventional OS such as iOS and Android. I have a neurophysiological condition, and all mobile operating systems seem to have completely ignored this issue. Migraines and other complications are often from this feature. I am wondering if UTouch has a way to turn off the blinking text cursor system wide (as well as reduced motion)? If possible, this OS could quite literally save me from throwing my phone off a bridge. I feel at my wits end because this need hasn't been met by any phone.
