Hi there. Thanks this forum - I had searched a lot and discovered many interesting stuff. But didn't find my question.
Very appreciate for this opportunity to ask you the following.

I'm trying to connect my FF4 to the Dell WD19 dock station with alt mode DP supported (is used within notebooks)

But phone shows no picture on that display, only pretends that does something

Could you please help me, how it connects to DP?

@gudaoxuri I see you had some success, could you share here your connection way?

@ioann https://t.me/ut_on_fp4 might be a better place to ask.

hey all, just trying to test to plug a dock to the FP4, anything needs to be done on the device before ? I see the screen goes dark with 2 buttons at the bottom. But my monitor doesn't display anything.

ah, so my dock might be not compatible

just tested with a dell dock at office

What happens to the device screen? It should display a virtual touchpad. If it does that and your external display at least detects it then that should mean it is compatible. There's a bug right now that wired external display only works once. After the initial connection, it'll just display black. You'll need to reboot to make it work again.
