I've installed ubuntu touch but now I want to get back to android, what should I do?
-
adb doesn't work, obviously, so I can't install any other android based distro. (Is there any alternatives cmd for ubuntu touch?)
I've also tried to reset the phone (redmi note 9 lavender) to the factory options but doesn't work.
Fastboot doesn't show anymore the classic image (this one below)but a full black screen, and recovery options are not anymore the android options, but (I guess) the ubuntu touch options. There's lineageOS logo, but with ubuntu colors and 3 buttons: reboot, factory reset and advanced. In the bottom of the screen there's a label "halium 9".
I tried to install twrp, but doesn't work. The recovery remain the same. Please help because I have finished idea about...
My theory is that ubuntu touch has placed some "lock" somewhere, like android do with bootloader, but Idk guys, please help me. -
@paulCRL no, Ubuntu Touch is definitly not locking anything...
Basically, you have to reflash an android rom for your phone.
Didn't you flash the stock rom, before installing Ubuntu Touch? If so, just do it again. -
What Xiaomi device is it?
Do not relock the bootloader as it may brick the device, especially if you have had LineageOS on it.
If you can find the Fastboot flashable ROM you can use that as you are at Fastboot. Some Xiaomi devices after a UT install keep a black screen at Fastboot, but will show up under Fastboot devices in a terminal.
You can also use the MiFlash tool on a Windows machine, but again make sure the lock bootloader button is unticked.

@MrT10001 sorry my bad, I wrote redmi note 9 lavender, but it's redmi note 7.
I hadn't lock anything (intentionally), so if the system didn't, I didn't. -
@paulCRL I used a windows 11 machine and the MiFlash tool using:
lavender_eea_global_images_V10.2.7.0.PFGEUXM_20190408.0000.00_9.0_eea
It has a Flash all batch file too which makes it easy to go back to stock.

Fastboot should normally be available all the time. As already mentioned, UT is not locking anything so you should really be able to boot to fastboot and it is very weird that you can not.
Other than that, the first Google result for stock rom gave me this:
https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/lavender/which is the site I normally install stock roms for Xiaomi devices (works on Linux too). But basically (and while I know little about it) I believe you need to have either adb or fastboot working.
It is really hard to help you not knowing more information. I don't know how deep we should go.
E.g. How are you trying to access fastboot? Doesn't the usual key combination (probably volume down + power button) work?
