How do I do a mass delete in Dekko 2, and how do I empty my trash folder?
For mass delete, press and hold on a email, it should show checkboxes on the left.
I don't know for emptying trash folder. It seems that even removing an email in trash folder doesn't work though -
@lduboeuf Great! Thanks for that tip!

@Dunbrokin Jeez! Now that is a tedious way of deleting oveer 1000 emails! We could do with a "Delete all before...."

@Dunbrokin
If you need a "delete all", a workaround might be to use the web client in a browser.
That's not an operation you'll do every day I guess. -
Dekko2 settings have an option to delete messages older than a given date (one week, one month). Settings --> Accounts --> Manage caché --> "Clear now" button.
Don't know if it really works though.
UTTweakTool shows that I have a caché of 11.25GB!!!, even though my BQ4.5 does not have so much storage.
After clearing messages older than one week following the previous method, UUTT shows a caché of 10.96 GB. Something has been erased, but obviously there is something wrong.
You can clear the caché in UUTT but beware! It also erases the configuration, so you must introduce all the accounts from scratch. I think there alraedy is a bug opened with this issue. -

@lduboeuf after holding down on an email the check boxes appear as you explained.
There is also a ticked checkbox in the top bar. Clicking this sets all emails to ticked. You can then click on the trash icon to delete all the selected emails
Repeat the process in the trash folder list to empty the trash easily. Except see comment below as this appears not to be working currently

However I double checked and 'select all' then deleting works in folders other than the trash folder. So trash should be emptied by deleting a few at a time it appears.

@Dunbrokin FYI I replied to another user explaining how to 'select all' and delete so have a look at my comments in case you can learn an easier way to use dekko2

@treebeard Thanks for all the help, I have managed to make it work...apart from emptying the Trash!
