FP 4 without mobile data

Hello!
I bought a brand new Fairphone 4 direct from the Fairphone website early Fabruary. I installed UT. I haven’t been able to get my mobile data to work. I am able to send texts and make phone calls, it is only internet access that is having issues. I have tested the SIM in another device and it worked just fine, so appears to be a phone-side issue. -
@Labarna Hi, need a bit more info like who is your mobile provider and which region? You may need to search the apn manual configuration for your provider and put it in manually.

The Provider ist Iliad.it., so i stay in Italy
checked the APN:
at first it was (automatic) Name: Iliad, APN: iliad, MMSC http://mms.iliad-italia.it
the i tried with changes: APN internet and MMSC http://iliad.it -
Check these settings.
Check the bottom statement first.
At a guess it is the Mobile Virtual Operator value that is the issue.

@Labarna hi i had exactly the same problem with my fp4 with bouygues (french carreer), solved it by removing the apn field and left it empty (third field in ut apn settings after utility, name)
Weird but works for me ! -

doesn't work for me (fp4, UT20.04 OTA 5, Free provider), I have tried so many things...I think I have to find another OS. But it was working in 2023... -

I had the same issue. The solution was simple. When i received the phone there was Android 13 on it.
I had to downgrade to Android 11. Do this (yes all data will be lost)
