Hi there, I'm facing an issue since very few days.
At startup, when I have to enter the pin of my SIM card the screen is not responding at all. Only buttons are responding. My only way is then to 'hard' reboot. But this doesn't solve the problem because when rebooted it freezes again... Yesterday after about 3 hard reboot it worked without any reason.
Today I tested to flash again UT from my PC but didn't changed anything. After 5 hard reboot it finaly worked.

As UT is my only driver it is very annoying to me...

        FP4 OTA5 stable

Any idea where I can investigate ?
        Thanks a lot

          Hi @AmauryDBZ

Given that the software haven't change it's probably something hardware related.
Have you tried disassembling your Fairphone and clean the connectors, especially the one for the screen?

If you have a dry air can you can start by just dusting off the connectors.
If you find something sticky then you can try to use isopropyl alcohol to clean them.

          Best of luck
