Lenovo Tab M10 HD - confused about Android Version needed

Hi all,
premise: I don't know anything about Android, please forgive my ignorance.
On the specs section of the Lenovo M10 HD page, I see Android 10.0 listed.
But then, on the UBports Installer section below it states
Your device must be running the Android 11 stock firmware before installing Ubuntu Touch.Does this mean I need to upgrade the Android version before installing UBports?

@carloratm The specification section is just showing the specs of the device and the Android version is probably the initial version it was released. The installer note is what's important.
