When the locked translation be open?

Hello, I have a problem. The translation of system-settings and terminal-app in Indonesian translation page is locked for updates.
When this translation be open again?
Btw, other Indonesian translation is finish, only system-settings and terminal-app not be translate because of being locked.

@ditokp @Flohack can give you more details about this, but I can tell you Indonesian translation is not the only one locked. This can happen due to a range of causes, like some app is being changed by some developer and therefore the translation is locked until the app is finished, or there's a problem syncing the source and Weblate, and things like that.
So, answering your question, you can expect the translation will be open again when the blocking factor has been resolved.

sorry, system-settings I forgot to unlock. Terminal-App however I broke by accident, and to not loose translations its currently locked. I need more time to repair it, and hopefully loose no data.
