    No notification from Cinny UT since Upgrade 24.04-1.0

        Hello forum,
        I have an X23 from Volla.

        Since upgrading to 24.04-1.0 I have no notification when I receive a message on Cinny UT (4.10.0.2n)

        Is there a solution or a workaround?

          After a reboot, the notifications seem to work again. I have to keep watching this.

          I also turned the notification off and on again in the settings. maybe that helped too...

          If I have Cinny open but in the background, there is no entry in the notification list for a new message. That is also strange

            Despite the silent mode being switched on, Cinny makes a message sound.

            Something is still wrong with the notifications

              I think the solution is to turn everything off and on again in the notification settings for the app cinny.

                After you have reactivated the notification in this way, the next abnormality occurs.

                The sound notification for Cinny now also works in silent mode.

                    All notifications are affected.
                    The current options are wait for it to be fixed in stable or switch to daily.

                        @jilly It's fixed in 24.01-1.1
                        Not sure were it was tracked. Seen a forum post about it, plus the changelogs for 1.1

                          @sixwheeledbeast Oh ok. I still dont get notifications from Cinny on UT 24.04-1.1
                          On a second phone I have UT 20.04 installed and I get notifications from Cinny there, so yesterday I tried logging out and uninstalling Cinny on the second phone because I thought it might interfere with the notifications. But that did not fix the issue for me. Do you have any recommendations what else I could try? Much appreciated 🙂
