No notification from Cinny UT since Upgrade 24.04-1.0

I have an X23 from Volla.Since upgrading to 24.04-1.0 I have no notification when I receive a message on Cinny UT (4.10.0.2n)
Is there a solution or a workaround?

After a reboot, the notifications seem to work again. I have to keep watching this.
I also turned the notification off and on again in the settings. maybe that helped too...
If I have Cinny open but in the background, there is no entry in the notification list for a new message. That is also strange
