Questions about VoLTE

Hello, I have a Volla x23 mobile phone and T-Mobile in Germany as provider.
I have been able to use Volte for some time. But there is a problem to me. Normaly when you call someone, you can hear a call signal until the other accepts the call. With VoLTE enabled you don't hear this call signal that is very irritating.
You never know if a connection has come about. And then at some point suddenly someone speaks there.
Is it just a problem for Volla X23 or does it work for everyone?
Does anyone who has VoLTE also has VoWifi/VoWLAN?

With UT 24.04-1.0 I often have problems with VoLTE, so I have currently deactivated it. What is your experience with it?

@Charly Here it's the same with a Volla22 and congstar (T-Mobile) VoLTE in Germany. When you call someone there is no ringtone until the called person accepts the call. When you deactivate VoLTE everything is as it should be.

So I have the impression that volte cannot yet be used reliably on my phone. I have therefore disabled it and am waiting for further progress.
What is still unclear to me is what the situation is with VoWLAN or VoWIFI?
