I am new and looking at installing Ubuntu touch.
My fist step is device selection.
The Redmi note 9 Pro series (Miatoll) would be my first choice, however it is getting hard to purchase these phones as new old stock, while the Redmi Note 9 is still readily available as new old stock.
From what I understand VoLte is functioning with the Note 9 Pro, Is this also the case with the Note 9?
Are they treated as two separate devices or will they be rolled into one?
If someone can point me to Note 9 documentation, discussions, installation etc I will be in gratitude.

Xiaomi devices are often wildly different from one another even if the model name and number are very close. Not sure about this one, but if they are separate devices now, they probably need to be and will stay that way.

            Is currently using an Op5t
Also owns an Op1, a BQ E4.5 and an Xperia X, as well as a BQ tablet and a Pinetab2. Please, someone... make it stop.
