to use mobile data, you have to change the APN from : mmsbouygtel.com to ebouygtel.com -
Afair this list is downloaded from LineageOS by UT devs, maybe you could ask on Gitlab the best way to send this information to the relevant developers ? For sure it's not me who manages this kind of problems.
Also as your topic appears as 'unsolved', if I understand this forum behaviour correctly, you have to turn your topic as a question and then you can mark it as solved. Counter intuitive but that's how it is.
