Cannot update to 24.04?

For some reason I can't update Volla Phone X to 24.04.
Channels are only 20.04:
There are some app updates in System -> Updates but they always fail with "ErrorInProgress", and now after attempting to upgrade Ubuntu itself it is said as "Canceled":
"Bandyti dar kartą" is "Try again" in Lithuanian.

Had to upgrade to 10 RC first, works now:
But if you're on Ubuntu Touch 20.04 OTA-9, we recommend upgrading your phone to Ubuntu Touch 20.04 OTA-10 RC then upgrade to Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.0 via the new upgrader.

There's no "Sovled" button in this forum? Can't even edit title?

@Talkless There is a way to mark your topic as solved. There are two steps:
- Find the cog wheel that opens the topic tools and click on Ask as a question.
- Click the cog wheel again and this time, choose Mark as solved.
You can also edit the title, but it's not needed.
