Cannot update to 24.04?

For some reason I can't update Volla Phone X to 24.04.

Channels are only 20.04:

There are some app updates in System -> Updates but they always fail with "ErrorInProgress", and now after attempting to upgrade Ubuntu itself it is said as "Canceled":

"Bandyti dar kartą" is "Try again" in Lithuanian.

Had to upgrade to 10 RC first, works now:

@Talkless There is a way to mark your topic as solved. There are two steps:

• Find the cog wheel that opens the topic tools and click on Ask as a question.
• Click the cog wheel again and this time, choose Mark as solved.

You can also edit the title, but it's not needed.
