FP5: Network Switching (Cell/WIFI) Not Happening When Changing Locations

I have had this issue on 2 different devices (both FP5) with any iteration of stock 13 images, 24.x daily/stable/rc.
When the connection happens, it works fine but it NEVER switches automatically.What happens:
Leave Home
- phone does not automatically switch to cellular connection when Wifi is out of range
- "Network Issue" error and anything requiring data of any kind fails to connect
- Turn Flight mode ON then OFF
- Connects to cell and gets data
Go home
- Phone does not reconnect to Wifi when its in range
- Manually enable wifi
- Connects and wifi works as expected
Without toggling flight mode on/off there is no cell data no matter what I try (APN settings ect - no change)
Is there a fix or work around that does not involve flight mode and me constantly forgetting to switch network types back and forth, and thus missing important messages etc from my family.

@Futura Mobile network -> previous networks: Remove (forget) all networks and reconnect to your home network.
This solved a few network issues for me. -
