permissions error trying to test clickable app on device
-
So, I've just installed Clickable (running Ubuntu on my laptop) and done the initial app create. I'm trying to just get it to load on my device (a OnePluse N10). I plug my device in...ADB sees the device, but when I run
clickableI get the following:me@precision-5570:~/SOURCE/ubtouch-test$ clickable Missing connection(s). You can add connection(s) manually by running: sudo snap connect clickable:docker Detected arm64 device via ADB permission denied while trying to connect to the docker API at unix:///var/run/docker.sock Command exited with non-zero exit status 1, see above for details. This is most likely not a problem with Clickable.I'm in the right group for docker...is there something where
clickablecan't access the USB port maybe?...Appreciate the help!

I've never used the snap version. But I'm not fond of snaps and there issues myself.
Does the same thing happen if you just install clickable from apt? -
So, looks like this was a noob issue. Ha. Restarted my computer and now things seem to work fine. Got the app on the device now!

Where I'm using clickable, wouldn't this be a 'click' app and not a 'snap' app? I'm still learning here. I do development as my day job...mostly python and java (AWS stuff). Right now I'm sticking with an HTML app to see what I can do.

@iceman198 The clickable software will output a .click "Clickable"
From what you posted you have installed the clickable software on your Ubuntu machine as a Snap package. I have it installed from the ubuntu apt repo. If the software is now working for your needs then it's nothing to worry about.
