Asking for a Category for Poco x3 NFC (surya/karna)

as title says, we are almost feature complete:

and there is an active community in telegram groupd for surya, perhaps having a category here will allow newcomers to easily ask about this device.

I am sure someone with knowledge of the procedure for adding a subcategory.
In the meantime I´d just like to mention that users will be able to ask their questions under the general Xiaomi category, or else they will be moved to there. In general the questions come before the device subcategory. When we see a lot of questions coming in, a subcategory is added to accommodate them.
