Clickable desktop | visual artifacts
-
I've searched the forum and could not find any preexisting topics.
The clickable templates, by default, build broken with broken graphics/visual artifacts for me. In the generated window (created using
clickable desktop) various different forms of artifact glitches appear. The only default template build that actually works is the Godot template. Not sure what this could be. Resizing the window to a very small height x width seems to fix the output, but at any usable size the graphics break.Any ideas/fixes? Thanks.

@clicker what is the make of the GPU on your laptop/desktop?
-
AMD, using the drivers from the main repo.

With further investigation I have found the visual artifacts do not occur in a VM of Ubuntu 20.04.5. App window appeared as normal both when logged in on X11 and logged in on Wayland session. QtStandardPaths and shader cache warning still appears.
Still not sure why it's not working right on my host system (Debian stable).

@clicker ah, you are running Debian? Then I have no idea either.

im running debian and have no problems my guess would be a a gfx lib to a external library i would attempt to apt upgrade everything as well as ensure you on the latest drivers and everything you SHOULD be fine what version clickable? also you you have version mismatching ....as to where god only knows .....the possibility for failures is on par with the math of the earth being exactly as far as it is from the sun to support life

@developerbayman This post is two years old. And the OP hasn't been on the forums in over a year. I doubt they will benefit from any advice now.
I will proceed to lock the thread. -
