If i can use it ten minutes intensively without a restart i am a lucky guy.

When using what application, browser, web apps, ... ?
It may look like issue #464 or another FP2 known an open bug. -

I'm using the Stable version.
It happens with any of the applications. Most often with Internet Browser but sometime also when doing nothing. it's just restarting like that with no reason, the phone is on my desk and i'm not even looking at it
