Hi, is it possible to get a UT Bootscreen like on onplus 3, or oneplus one. Somthing like "powerd by ubports" instead of Android? I do not like that original bootscreen.

@Pingu The bootscreen is device specific, on the FP4 it is in the splash partition. However, someone has to customize it and convert it to the suitable format (it isn't as simple as editing a png). If you want to give it a try you can use this tool from XDA forums.

If I can put a warning in here, please be careful putting a custom boot screen on a device, it can lead to a brick. I have done this on old Motorola phones and for the most part it worked, however when it didn't it hosed the fastboot menu and didn't boot, so I had to use other methods to recover.

@MrT10001 ok thanks. I think I won't try it. But maybe a maintainer would like to do it to make it look a lot more UT like. Just to think about.
