    • Xperia X compared with compact.

Hi, I use the compact for a long time now. It works fine. Camera sometime half green, but after reboot ok. Even with camera half green, pictures work out ok. Sometimes mobile internet connection fails, put off/ on flight modus helps... Now I tried Xperia X, with a star in devices.io 100 % COMPLETE. Sorry, no - it has internet connection issues as the compact. Brightness of the screen is outside in the sun even worse than the compact. USB C is also an advantage of the compact. The size should be interesting for many people. My Nexus 5, oneplus one, oneplus 3 are a lot more stable as the Xperia X'sen... You shouldn't rate them "complete " with a star. They are good! but not so good, as you wish, oneplus / nexus seem to be better.

...the downloaded rollback file has to be renamed...you need to delete the ".jar" then update local.

    • RE: Possible new user with a couple of questions for the community

I think the best working Phone right now is the oneplus one. Oneplus 3 and Xperia X are verry good in performance, but still tricky...but good for a daily driver, if you can handle some small bugs. Give it a try, UT is worth it.

Hi, after upgrading to 24.04 it doesn't start anymore. I tried many combinations of power and volume... Back on 20.04 it works again. I tried 24.04.1 and 24.04.2. ... Not starting.

    • RE: UTBootscreen

@MrT10001 ok thanks. I think I won't try it. But maybe a maintainer would like to do it to make it look a lot more UT like. Just to think about.

    • UTBootscreen

Hi, is it possible to get a UT Bootscreen like on onplus 3, or oneplus one. Somthing like "powerd by ubports" instead of Android? I do not like that original bootscreen.

    • RTC Alarm starts Phone

Hi, is it possible and of interest to implement an RTC alarm with boot up in UT? I mean that I turn off my cell phone overnight and then it automatically turns on (boots up) at the set alarm time and wakes me up. I like to turn my cell phone off at night. Like the old dumbphone used to do that.

Hardly anyone seems to do that anymore, if I ask around.

I hope I have expressed myself clearly. RTC = real time clock.
