Hello, I have a problem. When I launch the OMS server for the offline Pur maps, the operating system generates the following error: "Initializing and waiting for connection with the server." "The server has stopped" and is stuck in an endless loop.

I saw that one of the solutions involves the automatic startup of the application, but I can't get past the endless loop.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Here is a link with a method to fix it, but it’s too complicated for me. It’s a shame because it’s exactly the problem I'm facing, and I can’t fix it without a clearer tutorial.

            It's working fine for me.
I have uninstalled the previous OSM scout server
            Install the last release.
            All was fine.

The standard way to uninstall a UT application.
Press and hold the icon until the OpenStore opens, then click on the bin icon to delete it.
                Then install the new version.
Maybe the problem is specific to your device.

@Vlad-Nirky I've already done that and reinstalled from the store, but it hasn't changed anything... If I understand correctly, we need to go through a terminal installation, right?

@Vlad-Nirky Eureka! I found it! You need to be on version 20.04 stable and I was on version 24.04-1.x stable.

There is a 20.04 version that has been working very well for a long time.
But there is also a version for 24.04 that I am currently using and that allows me to use offline maps.
                      Both should work.
Otherwise, install logviewer and see what error the application reports to fix the problem or inform the developer.
