phablet / root password

I would like to change the security code I set up for unlocking the phone (root password). Should I use "sudo passwd root" ? or "sudo passwd phablet"? Can this change be a problem for me?

@bestenaizena Have you tried 'settings', 'Security & Privacy' -> 'Locking and Unlocking' -> 'Lock security' -> 'Change passcode'?
