F(x)tec Pro1 X - keyboard stuck

Hi,
I installed UT (24.04) on my Pro1 X, and now I'm facing an annoying issue: when I type / or | characters (after pushing "Alt" button next to F(x)tec logo button to get spec/second character) they get stuck, and appear endlessly on the screen.
Is there a solution to this issue?

I don't know if there's a solution, but first step would be to report the issue, if not already reported.

Also contact phone makers maybe if possible as they are involved in port,
