Falcon and icon pcks

Have just started playing around with Falcon and icon packs and am probably missing a setting or three.
Firstly can the icon packs be set system wide so there also on the side launcher not just Falcon this is on nexus 5 and mx 4. I cant find the setting but vaguely remember one somewhere. Secondly does Falcon work on the M10 fhd? On mine it just hangs there with nothing happening.
