I installed LineageOS a while ago on the Nord N10 5G I have, but now I want to try to install Ubuntu Touch. The installer says I have to have the original OxygenOS though, and I can't figure out how to revert it since all of my devices run Linux, and AFAIK the OnePlus recovery tool only runs on Windows.

How do I proceed? Am I stuck?

You need a Windows 10, or 11 machine to run the MSM tool:

"The procedure requires a computer running Win10 or Win11. Using a virtualized Windows is impossible."

This is the porters notes here.

You have to install the stipulated Android version or things won't work and you could brick the device.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.... And more...
        I have too many devices...

@mafman97 You can install Windows to a USB thumb drive and run MSMtool from that

There is also a linux method somewhere in the OP 5 or 6 forums, but results are variable.
