FP5 / UT 24.04 stable / USMobile Warp - No incoming SMS or MMS

I have a Fairphone 5 running the latest UT 24.04 stable, and have a physical SIM with USMobile Warp (which uses Verizon's network).
For some reason, I can't receive any SMS or MMS messages!
Not sure if it's the phone itself, or possibly just the messages app not displaying them?Outgoing SMS works fine, outgoing/incoming calls work fine (it even connects with VoLTE).
I tested the SIM card in another phone, and it's perfectly capable of receiving SMS texts.
I also turned off Google RCS, for what that's worth.Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What version of android was on the phone before installing Ubuntu Touch?

@Keneda Android 13, as required by the UBPorts installer!

I find SMS flaky both incoming and outgoing with VoLTE on, although I'm not on the same carrier but worth a try.
I have experienced this once on daily and couldn't work out why in the end I flashed stable (without wiping) the problem went away. -
